My pinched nerve on my neck is much better so that I can handle it on my own without physical therapy. I learned some exercises and stretches I can do at home, plus how to sleep properly with my pillow. I feel so much better.
I also finally decided to quit coffee. Funny how when I started this blog I was this huge coffee drinker but my IBS just didn\’t agree with the coffee so little by little I weaned myself until now I am off. No headache or anything. Even if I should have a coke, that bothers me. It\’s like pulling teeth to find Caffeine-Free Coke due to aluminum can shortage. I wrote to Coke – they said by mid-2021, we should start seeing caffeine-free Coke in the stores. I\’m drinking caffeine-free herb tea in the mornings, just 1 cup. May have to change the name of my blog…
Our Gym has finally opened back up and this week was our first time going back. It was fun. BOY are we both out of shape! Slow and easy is the way back from 2020!
We\’re thinking about sometime in May, going to Tahoe like we had first planned last year and had to cancel. We\’ll see.
